Horizontally installed cartridge dust collector

Performance:

1, Applied advanced downflow design and cartridge horizontal insertable layout, in this way dust collector shows good performance in dust cleaning job.

2, Dust baffle plate setup in the dust-laden air intake, in the role of cushion and durable layer, approaches-avoidance of high speed impact to filter cartridges, thereby extend the life of them.

3, Cartridge 15 degree tilt drawer-style installation, enables more convenient remove. And no setup of transmission parts inside the dust collector, which means maximum cutting of maintenance cost. In terms of general dust, there can be no replacement of filter cartridge for a long time, in the case of saving burdensome work of frequently changing compared with filter bags, and also a huge reduction of maintenance costs.

4, Modular portfolio, the size of dust collector could be optional to customers' requirement.

5, The size could be expanded on basis of existing portfolio by increasing dust removal unit, without many changes of installed equipment.

Suitable for all kinds of dry dust. Especially for the low intake dust concentration industry. Also the air compressor intake filtration. Easy for install. Saving the space. The construction of obturation can avoid the inlet of the humidity and large dust.

And using the PTFE membrane filter cartridge, with the suitable fan suction and inspiration setting. Can be treated as the center dust cleaning.

Principle of operation:

After dust-laden air enters the dust collector, due to sudden expanding airflow end and the role of air distribution plate, some of the large particle falls into hopper because of gravity and inertia; other small and tiny particle comes into filtering chamber, then deposits on media's outer surfaces because of brownian motion and fiber interception. The clean air emerges into the cleaned air chamber and from there it is discharged.

The resistance of dust collector increases in accordance with expanding of dust concentration. When reaching a set point, the pulse valve of cleaning system jets a high speed & pressure airflow to clean the dust. That time PLC controls the on & off of the pulse valve. While opening, the compressed air in packet enters the inner of filter cartridge equably, creates immediate pressure and great surge, and dislodges the dust layer falling into waste drums.

The filter cartridges on the top will be firstly pulse cleaning. Then pulse controller will choose the secondary cartridges for pulse cleaning. And to clean other cartridges according to priority.

Remark:

We use Hollingsworth&Vose's Material for the filter cartridges used in this dust collector. Several filtration precision for option. According to different working industry, there are different filter material for use: PTFE  membrane, antistatic, oil, water resistant, flame retardant.
